Install bugzilla onto debian.

>tar zxvf bugzilla-3.2.3.tar.gz
>mv bugzilla-3.2.3 bugzilla
>cd bugzilla
>./checksetup.pl --check-modules
>/usr/bin/perl install-module.pl --all
>vim localconfig
